33 Degrees, What a Hot Day

These few days damn hot, today 33 degrees, good day to go for a walk though, sweat it out, always feel better after a good sweat. I bought some ice-cream, some beer as well, nothing beats an ice cold beer on a hot day. Daughter loves ice-cream so she'll eat ice-cream and I drink beer haha. I bet right now it's even hotter in Thailand, still no news on daughter's passport, I think probably going to delay for a longer time.

Raining Non-Stop

Yesterday rain then afternoon turn to drizzle, then night rain again throughout, today also rain, now is 25 degrees, machiam air-con temperature, don't even need fan. Yesterday even more power, morning the temperature was 23 degrees. Raining like this go out also sian, today only go Marina Square buy thermal flask, eat, buy toy for baby then come back, also ta pao the Bao Today curry chicken, today their service staff face so black, wonder what happened, the counter auntie even show me black face, work in service line not happy don't work, no need to vent frustration on customer.

Freezing Cold Weather

These few days keep raining, even now also raining, so cold until shivering, especially in the middle of the night rain really cold until cannot take it, imagine go to those snowing countries sure cannot survive. Notice that weather seems to have gotten colder, last year wasn't so damn cold, the years before also, few days ago even rain until flooded. I think the earth is changing, hot become super hot, cold become super cold.

This Month So Cold

After a few hot weeks, suddenly keep raining, I think yesterday and today the coldest, yesterday cold until have sneeze attack, today put on clothes so not that bad, but still shivering a bit. I think the rain will last until August then will start to get hot again, hopefully not as hot as June. Anyway today while talking to a colleague from China, he told me the Alibaba Yu'e Bao interest rate drop to 0.6 Yuan per 10,000 Yuan, which comes to about 2.19% per annum, he said last time was 4.5%, this will probably mean something, maybe it is linked to recent bullish markets? Chinese people putting their funds into markets instead of Yu'e Bao? Who knows STI will cross 3,000.

Super Hot Weather

These few days the weather really hot, I set my aircon to 25 degrees, the room will only cool down to around 28.5, if no aircon, room temperature is between 32-33, wah piang. At first I thought my aircon going to spoil, after that my colleague told me he also facing same problem, I think it's just the weather too hot.

All Down with Cough

Now me, wife and baby all coughing, wife's most serious, me second, baby third. I googled and found that cough for baby usually not serious, I think she have some sort of viral infection, her immune system will probably be able to handle it, furthermore she is breastfeeding which somehow makes her stronger. But with the haze our coughs can't get any better, so now safest is to stay home, I just looked at the sky, seems quite bad today, the 8am PSI shows 136 for west side, I hope the haze dissipates soon, wonder if Indonesia is still burning stuff, must be, this country is hopeless, every year you tell them, every year they commit the same mistake, for decades, how can you make the same mistake each year, over and over again? Ridiculous.

Crazy Weather Back Again!

This morning there was the big hot sun, it's so hot that I think I can cook an egg on the concrete floor, and I was sweating like a pig, everybody was sweating like a pig lol. Then after lunch, it suddenly rained but good thing is the rain took away most of the heat but I think this kind of sudden weather changes can make people sick, especially the elderly and little kids, so better take good care.

Crazy Weather Again!

This morning was really sunny, the hot sun was making me perspire so much, then come lunchtime it suddenly started drizzling even with the sun shining so brightly. Then later in the afternoon, the wind was blowing so strongly, and it started raining dogs and cats and the rain dragged on until about 7pm+. I hope tomorrow will be cloudy, please don't rain when I'm at work, rain at night is okay.

Downpour and Thunder Storm

Thunder blasts all the time and the rain plus the big winds becomes even more powerful, me and wife almost all wet, lucky we are near home or else jia lat. Now year end also heavy rain, makes the weather even more cold, my house is on the hill so a bit like Genting Highlands haha, so cooling, if go outside without sweater sure catch a cold, this kind of weather must relax at home then shiok ;) By the way just now we went to Clementi food centre, we tried the duck rice, wah damn good, the cooking style is like Yu Kee , but overall is less salty, soup also less heavy, it is like a lighter version of Yu Kee, very refreshing. Most important thing is the duck is tender like Yu Kee, shiok. The fruit juice is also damn power, there is one stall right next to a stall selling fried fritters, they have this soursop with dragon fruit juice, that one must try, super power for only $2.

Wah Tonight So Damn Hot

I turn the aircon at 22 degrees with full fan power still warm, my room thermometer shows 30.5 degrees right now, what the hell, just now it was 33, don't think my aircon is faulty, it's blowing out cool air, I think it will take longer to cool the room because outside is hot. Just now I went downstairs and it was warm, at night also warm, something really wrong with this weather, night should be cooling, downstairs totally no wind, sigh, jia lat, lucky still have aircon if not can melt to death.

Cold and Rainy Saturday Morning

This morning woke up so cold, was freezing and sneezing, last night was very cold too, with the aircon on my room is like a freezer. Now it's drizzling, been like that since I woke up at around 8 or 9am, was thinking of going for a run but I guess I'll have to postpone to afternoon, hope it doesn't rain later. Now I'm thinking of where to eat, maybe I can go to the Sheng Siong at bedok reservoir road, we always eat at the big coffeeshop there, the bus ride is less than 10 minutes, was considering Chinatown but it's so far and the rainy weather puts me off, I miss the fried chicken wing at Chinatown Complex and there are plenty of other great food there.

Super Hot and Sunny These Few Days

My room thermometer shows 31 degrees celsius, Google shows 33 degrees, really hot, the sun light is piercing and makes me sweat all over, and these few days got to travel outside, sigh, got several places to run, but not bad, at least I don't have to sit and face the computer all the time, only problem is the hot sun, must drink plenty of water to keep myself hydrated. I noticed that our weather is getting hotter, did we used to have 33 degrees in Singapore? I remember the hottest was 31 or 32, is it getting hotter now? Global warming? I hope our great scientists have a solution to this problem, imagine one day Singapore becomes as hot as Thailand or India. I remember when I was at my wife's hometown, the weather there is about 39 degrees and it's normal for them, heard they can even go up to 40+, but night time is very cold, no need aircon.

Singapore at 40 Degrees Celsius?

Just now while in the taxi to customer's site, I noticed that the thermometer in the taxi shows 40 degrees, the weather is really hot these few days, sweating all the time, worst is in the morning when I walk to the train station, super hot and humid, sweating like a pig. By the way the walking distance to the train station is about 1KM+, I know it's quite far to walk but I'm used to it, have been walking for a few years already, mainly is to exercise, I also walk home after work!

Damn Hot Afternoon

Just came back from Sheng Siong, had some laksa, dumpling noodle and rojak, ordered too much, anyway the afternoon is really hot, the sun is burning my skin, the air is so dry, wonder how long has it been since the last rainfall. And damn lucky we don't have field training for next week, or else somebody is going to suffer from heat injury, it's 31 degrees but I feel that it is way hotter than that, I think the world's climate is getting hotter, the weather nowadays is a bit strange, wonder if we will have snow one day.

May is Definitely One of The Hottest Month in Singapore

I wonder when it will rain and I can't remember when was the last time it rained, I just can't take the heat anymore, and the aircon is not working, even two fans aren't solving my problem, the heat is just unbearable, even at night. How can it be so hot, I can feel the heat surrounding me, it's like the air is still, no wind at all, ok there's the occasional breeze but it dies out too fast to make any difference. Tonight is 31 Degrees Celsius according to Google, that's like daytime temperature, what the f... I remember it can get as hot as 38 Degrees Celsius in the day when I was at my wife's house but it was freezing at night, I don't know how cold it was but I had to tuck myself into a thick blanket to stay warm. I think that's the good thing about farmlands, they don't have tall buildings to block the air flow, look at here, tall buildings everywhere, my house for example, wind can only come from one direction because it's blocked ever...

My aircon is really faulty since yesterday night, I think the compressor is not working as all the aircon in my house is not cold. What a bad timing! 31 Degrees Celsius And tonight is 31 Degrees Celsius, oh crap! The servicing guys can only come earliest on 21 May, one more week to go... I hope it rains soon...

What a Super Hot Night!

Yesterday night was hot as well, at 29 degrees, tonight is 30! 30 Degrees Celsius I thought my air-con was malfunctioning as I set it to auto mode which will detect the current room temperature and lower it by 2 degrees celsius, which is still warm. I am now manually setting it to 20 degrees celsius, phew, what a hot night.
