https://marrythaigirlsingapore.blogspot.com/2025/07/time-to-change-job.html So the HR reached out to me last week, overall package seems pretty standard, nothing fantastic or terrible, 14 days annual leave, 14 days medical leave, outpatient and dental claim (with yearly cap), hospital leave (up to 60 days inclusive of the 14 days medical leave), group insurance (exclude dependants), only thing lacking is cannot claim outpatient or dental for dependants, but really it's not an issue, typically those that cover dependants will have a yearly cap anyway. There's a 1 month performance bonus, which is not bad. The one fantastic part is the pay jump, about ~34%, totally didn't expect that, I thought they would come back and try to negotiate down but they didn't even try, basically I just put in a higher amount as advised by my ex-colleague, and they simply accepted it.
