Says better do crown soon so booked appointment for next year January together with cleaning. Lucky today no need to pay money so no charge haha, feels happy about it, kns, I thought today going to charge me but glad they didn't. Better take care of teeth, dental sibeh expensive here.

The dentist did 3 x-rays, heng never charge 3 times. No idea what the last one is for, came out of nowhere, I guess it's part of whatever the heck was done in that 1 hour and 45 minutes. Dentist say need to do crown asap, but review in 2 weeks, say only review, then the crown next year Jan, well at least if can push to next year, I can claim from company. Kns, told my daughter to take care of her teeth, dental visit can be very costly, heartache siol.

The pricing is very different though, somehow root canal costs a lot more, I guess because it's more thorough maybe? Earlier this week teeth feeling a bit weird, then yesterday got worse, whole night can't sleep well, really felt like going to A&E because quite unbearable, I ate Panadol and drank some alcohol and managed to fall asleep but didn't sleep too long, woke up super early, same time as daughter going to school. Whenever I bite down, there is a sharp and long-lasting pain, very unbearable. Waited until clinics open, tried calling a few but all fully booked, then walked to an area with quite a few dental clinic, just happened got this newly opened one, walk in only one uncle waiting, registered and didn't wait too long before the dentist called me. At first I thought it's the one where I did my pulpectomy , after the dentist checked, cause of the pain is actually a long crack on tooth 37, asked me if I want to remove or put crown, since it's the last tooth (my wisdom tooth 38 removed long ago) so I opted to remove, because it's so far back that it's not obvious

Finally today is the last day of taking antibiotics, the medication is making me feel drowsy, every morning wake up full of energy, after taking it feel sleepy, one day still have to take 3 times. The swell on my cheek is significantly smaller now, can still feel a little but very very small, I think by the end of tomorrow should be fully recovered. Anyway for the Pickupp, my account approved already, I can take orders now but the trips kind of out of the way, still looking for a trip that is doable, doesn't make much by walking/bus/mrt, if riding/driving then different story. By walking/bus/mrt I think one day at most 2-3 trips, have to start very early and end late, maybe earn $6-$8 per trip, after deduct own transport maybe $4-$6, just rough estimate. The swell also feels smaller now, but I feel giddy eating all those medications, at least my cheek doesn't hurt anymore. The cut in my mouth recovered super fast, don't feel any pain at all, that tooth that did pulpectomy also no pain at all. I think tomorrow after I wake up, will feel even better. By the way today I signed up for Pickupp as a walker, been wanting to try out something outdoor, flexible and can workout, submitted all the documents, watched some training videos and passed the quiz, now just waiting for account activation. I think there is some inflammation inside, teeth itself feels ok, no more pain but I feel like there is a big "bao" on my left cheek, very uncomfortable. I googled to see if there is any over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drug and found this Nurofen. It is for pain and fever too and also reduce inflammation. I quickly went to the nearest pharmacy to get one packet and took two tablets, and now I feel much better. I bought the Nurofen Express version, really needed a quick fix. I think these kind of drugs cannot eat too much, if eat too much the body will get used to it and next time when you need it, it will become less effective, so I try to avoid eating too much but I think it's the first time I tried this Nurofen, so maybe that's why it is so effective, Panadol lost its effectiveness for m

Then my left jaw is swollen, damn jia lat, eat Panadol helped a bit. Also had fever, head was burning. In order to avoid eating too much Panadol, each dose I ate only 1 tablet, end up no use, adult should just eat 2 tablets, feels better after that. Today still sore, no mood to do anything at all, sigh, but at least slightly better than over the weekend. I think left side more jia lat is because I did two fillings there, then right side is one filling, maybe that's why, my right side no problem at all. So probably not a good idea to do two fillings at one side together. Hopefully after tonight will be better, feels like getting 2nd dose of Covid-19 vaccination, whole body ache, sigh.

This week my lower left tooth became particularly sensitive, it was sensitive for some time but wasn't so bad, drinking chilled water or ice-cream will trigger "nervy" discomfort. Also didn't sleep well for the past two nights, funny it always act up badly at night time, so bad I had trouble sleeping, good thing I'm not working now. Today called the dentist, luckily managed to get a slot on the same day, the dentist was very nice and professional, informed in advance for every step she is going to take, really pro, this is years and years of experience. The night guard didn't save this molar, one time when I was eating and I felt something broke, also heard a crack sound, it split open. After that it just open and close, when it open up kind of painful, but when it close up is ok. So today went for follow-up, actually if my tooth didn't split, I probably will cancel the appointment. The dentist put some numbing cream, gave me 3 jabs and arcoxia, after that she did her magic and removed the tooth, she show it to me, split in half, damn disgusting, a bit stinky too haha. Anyway glad it's out now, it tortured me on and off for quite some time already. By the way didn't feel any pain when she removed it, only some slight discomfort when she gave me the jabs, just a slight pain but nothing overwhelming. After she let me bite onto a gauze, she gave me some arcoxia and spare gauze to change every 30 mins, by the 3rd gauze the bleeding stopped. Also told me to take panadol if I feel pain. Yesterday when I went to sleep, the upper and lower teeth on my right cheek started to ache, not sure what happened, maybe because I drank some orange juice which I left in my bag for a few weeks, don't think it is expired but I guess the acid caused the ache. Whole night all the way till 4-5am cannot sleep, then fell asleep and woke up at 6am+ due to the ache, then sleep again until 8am woke up then go see the dentist. The dentist found cracks on my teeth, the one on upper right cheek is most severe, so she gave me an injection and then filled the crack. Also took x-ray, seems like teeth structure is ok. She say the crack is due to grinding at night, same diagnosis as my last dental visit. Last dental visit in Apr 2018. In April this year, my top left second molar chipped off during sleep, good thing I never went for the crowning because now it feels normal already, no more sensitivity or pain. Now overall my teeth also not so sensitive because that time the dentist cleaned my teeth, didn't know dirty teeth can also cause sensitivity, so it's good to go for cleaning at least once a year just to get rid of teeth sensitivity. But first 1-2 months the chipped tooth will feel pain and sensitivity on and off, by the 3rd month mostly gone, now coming 4 months totally normal.
