Scrub Toilet Walls!

I just cleaned the walls of my small toilet, looks so much cleaner now but problem is the black stains on the floor is so difficult to remove, I think need to use cif cleaner, but I save it for next week, whole body ache like crazy, damn siong, like just run finish 2.4km.

Speaking of 2.4km, there is a track field at my neighbourhood, yesterday I ran 6 rounds which is 2.4km, the air there is fresh, I think it's a good place to run, next week I might try to run 7 rounds.
