You should refer to here - https://www.rom.gov.sg/reg_info/rom_marriage.asp Please spend some time to go through and understand the information on that section (legal provision, other information, filing of notice, solemnization and etc), if your still not sure, feel free to drop a comment here or you can use their FAQ . The ROM website did a really good job of putting together the information that you need in a well-organized manner. I've done it once and I think the guide is very easy to follow. The only hiccup I've had with my marriage is during the Appointment for verification & Statutory Declaration where both of us were required to read out a wall of text and my wife had difficulty getting past the first few lines and the counter guy got fed up and told my wife to stop. Definitely my oversight as I didn't arrange for an interpreter beforehand but luckily, there was a licensed interpreter at the scene and we managed to get her to do the interpretation ...

Thanks in advance!
First of all, if she is LTVP (the normal one without the + behind), she will not be eligible for any subsidy so she will be charged private rate even if you go to government hospital.
You can refer to this link for normal delivery: https://www.moh.gov.sg/content/moh_web/home/costs_and_financing/HospitalBillSize/delivery_normal.html
This for c-section: https://www.moh.gov.sg/content/moh_web/home/costs_and_financing/HospitalBillSize/delivery_caesareansection.html
However note that those are for non-complicated cases, if your wife/baby develop problem, the bill could sharply increase, don't forget baby will be charged the ward class as your wife's ward class, so don't choose higher ward class, for me, I would get the lowest possible class just to be safe.
I know every husband want the best for their wife and baby, but don't let one comfortable hospital stay burn all your savings, anyway A class is not really that awesome, it's just aircon and more privacy, but the money you are paying is probably the same as (or more than) 5* hotel stay so it's really not worth it, hospital stay can never be as comfortable as hotel stay, unless you have personal nurse, personal doctor, personal attendant then different story.
But you should set aside cash for deposit and top-ups if your medisave is not enough to cover. I think $10k-$15k is good enough.
I wish you the best for you and family.
