The usage is more than double of last month! Wonder if anyone also getting this? Our actual usage not much different though...

Thanks for sharing the link, these evil people lol, I checked my task manager looks normal, also my chrome doesn't have any extensions so I guess might not be the case. By the way I dropped SP an email, hope they can get back to me on this.

there was an * for JUL*, meaning estimated usage (average of past months), hence might not reflect actual usage. any usage above estimates gets carried forward to next month AUG. likewise if actual usage below estimates will be deducted next month

better to submit own meter reading if you wish to track more consistently

Hi,

Thanks for sharing, have checked with SP and it's like what you mentioned. Since my previous month is lower, it resulted in a higher AUG bill. But still find it a bit on the high side.

Anyway this time I will submit my own reading, but have to wait until 1 Sep to 4 Sep as there is a window period for submission.
