I Wonder How Retail Shops Survive

Last weekend suddenly thought of getting a wireless headphone so that I don't disturb wife and baby, these days they sleep early because baby have to wake up early for school.

So went into Challenger to casual browse, saw this JBL Tune 500BT headphone, looks very nice and surprisingly not few hundred dollars, usually branded wireless headphone S$300-S$400 or more also have, review also seems pretty good, selling for S$89.90 for non-member price, I don't have their membership by the way.

Almost wanted to buy but when I did a quick check on Amazon, it was 39.95 USD, around S$67.XX after delivery charge, wow around S$20 difference. In the end never buy from Challenger, thought of going home then order online.

So today bought at Amazon, including expedited delivery is S$69.49, think next week will receive. I also went to Lazada, some even selling for S$55.00 but ships from overseas, most probably is used, some is S$69, I guess those is they resell from Amazon, then some is S$70-S$89, these are probably local sellers.

These days not worth it to go retails shops, more expensive, unless you need it immediately then it's the fastest, if you can wait, just buy online, but if everybody buy online, these retail shops can close down.
