Suddenly So Much Activity Going On

Yesterday heard my friends saying our prime minister will announce something at 4PM regarding the virus, after that all sorts of speculation started flying around. I wasn't taking much notice because I still have to go to data centre to check some issue, stuck down there until 9PM+.

Anyway today went online to see what happened yesterday, wow so much new information, don't know where to start.
