Be Careful, Murderers at Large

The headline is about a little girl who was attacked in 1995, the murderer remains at large, then in the same article there are 3 other unsolved cases, but I notice all happened long ago, the most recent is 2000. I think in those times our technology maybe not so good, now 2021, everywhere also have camera.

But these murderers still remain at large, how can they just get away with it so easily, if catch them must lock them up until they die, don't hang, too easy for them.

I can't imagine who would attack a 7 year old girl, it's just crazy, what kind of world is this.
