Wah seh, I think even if get the lowest of 4.68 is still way above market rate, most companies probably slashed bonus to 1-2 months or worse, no bonus, or even worse, no job!

I think Sheng Siong is really generous, they actually share their earnings with staff, now this is what I call a good employer, I have only pure respect for their management.
