Scamshield App Doesn't Work as Expected

After installing and setting up for myself and my wife, we are still getting scam calls, whatsapp and sms, I think there really is no way to 100% block all these nonsense.

Most rampant is the MOH calls, the number is different every time, I wonder if the app will eventually block some genuine numbers.
