SPF Officer Kena Bully Until Suicide - Part 4

This incident reach mainstream media and Shanmugam means sibeh tua diao liao.

"He has put up a post, which amongst other things, says he faced racial discrimination in SPF. These and other allegations are serious," the minister said in a Facebook post.

Eh this SPF also sibeh tok cok, people die already still jiao wei, help until he commit suicide? What kind of help is that?

In a separate Facebook post, the police said they were "aware" of the challenges at work which had been raised by the officer, and "had extended various assistance to him".

These are the names I picked out in his entire suicide note, these people appears to be in SPF.

Chua Boon Hwee. His Chinese name is Cai Wen Hui. Teo Kim Cheng. Can't find anything. Smart guy, leave no trail, would make a good serial killer.

Clement Disc. Can't find anything, not sure if the Disc part is a typo, can't tell if this guy is Chinese, Malay, Indian, Ang Moh or just a disc, name too weird also hard to find.

These two appears to be his family and friend, so I didn't try to find, probably nothing to do with SPF, but I put it down here because according to his note, these two betrayed him, what or how not mentioned.
