Baby Discharged, Now Wife Hospitalised

Yesterday she went to polyclinic to follow-up on her blood test, then out of nowhere the doctor called me and told me her reading 6.6, didn't catch what he was saying because I busy at work, anyway he sounded quite fierce and told me to send her to A&E right now, I thought must be quite serious. He gave a referral letter stating jaundiced and pallor.

After that I called her up to bring nephew home first then I call taxi for her, end up she bring nephew along to A&E. After work I went to find her, bought dinner for her and then I bring nephew home and she stayed overnight alone. When I reached home, a staff called me and told me wife have to be admitted, have to stay around 2-3 days.

Then today a doctor called me up and explained her condition, told me the 6.6 is the red blood count, it's too low, normal is 7 and above, it's probably because she had heavy menses, lost too much red blood. This is not the first time, back in 2018 also happened and warded.

After that a pharmacist called me up about her warfarin and aspirin dosage, and also asked if wife got forget to take medicine, told her I prepare for her every morning before I go out, can't remember the rest of the conversation.

Too many shit going on this week, somemore this week I on 24/7 standby duty, sigh, at work also suddenly so busy, one idiot throw letter then leave his shit untouched, just play games and sleep at work, like that also can. Then another idiot keep playing taichi and politics and everything act blur. Wah piang eh, nowadays degree holder so chui one. Then so many production issues. Faint.

Then nephew's social visit pass cannot extend, ICA asked for his translated birth cert, his birth cert in Thai, pengz. MIL's extension went through with no hiccup, in fact applied online last Sunday then same day approved already, no need to pay money, extended another 39 days for total of 60 days, but no use, nephew cannot extend then she also have to go home. This Sunday have to send them home already.

Tomorrow still have to bring daughter to follow-up after her surgery, wife hospitalised so I have to take childcare leave, so today have to quickly clear my shit at work. Well at least daughter is recovering well, the cut on her chest seems to be healing well, now her chest not so pain anymore, so young have to go through surgery.

MIL helped a lot though, she even cleaned the house, cleaned the toilet, have to pay her back when she goes home. Nephew can't help much, too young, anyway come here they also didn't get to sightsee or anything because mostly stay home, don't want daughter to go out and then fall down or anything.

Hopefully wife can discharge before Saturday, then at least can bring them out or something, by now daughter also feeling much better already so should be ok to go out.

You can ask your wife to apply for LTVP for her mother in the future.
No more hassle for extension in the future.
