Two teenagers trying to sell vape to a primary 4 kid, what the heck, easy to obtain is one thing, blatantly selling to a kid in broad daylight is crazy.

Nowadays some of the vape is added with this "etomidate" or "ketamine" drug, who knows what else they can add, imagine what will happen if your primary 4 kid take try vaping out of curiosity or peer pressure.
