Above is voice interview from eye witness Ms. Nguyen Thi Hanh, below is the transcript which I try to capture as correct as possible:

So she hit the young girl first go in the center the stomach the first of the tyre.

When I walk go to the market, so neighbour the carpark the girl and the mother walk in front of me, so the girl walk in front first then after the mother.

When the car come out from the carpark so the lady (s)he drive out but don't know why (s)he drive so fast, and when (s)he turn right she only see on the right she not see on the left so she hit the young girl first go in the center the stomach the first of the tyre.

When the young girl (s)he turn on the floor 3 time then the blood come out from the mouth.

After the first tyre run on top the center the stomach the baby then after the first tyre (s)he run on top the leg of the mother.

Second, when she driving she stop about 1-2 second then she want to try to turn and roll go, so the second tyre behind on the left hand side go in the center the stomach the mother, after that about 7 minute to 10 minute the ambulance coming.

The guy I not sure I think the family I think the husband, because he call ma(cut off).

I'm feel very sad that time I take the handphone I call the ambulance but the line is so busy so I cannot call so I saw a lot people already talking with ambulance.

I also have a daughter, cannot imagine I have to hold my daughter like that, bleeding from the mouth.

Then this post from TOC, don't know how true:

In a follow-up post, Nguyen provided additional details, stating that the driver did not appear to realise she had hit anyone and initially failed to stop.

She alleged the vehicle continued moving, worsening the injuries.

Upon exiting the car, the driver was described as defensive, insisting she was not at fault.

Nguyen also recounted a heated exchange between the driver and the child’s father at the scene.

She has publicly expressed her willingness to support the ongoing investigation and provide testimony if required.

Huh? Run over people still can argue? Like that also can?

Anyway strangely the victim's whole family is named even the deceased girl is named, only this driver is not named, weird.

The picture sure looks like a "deh, what you doing" kind of picture... meanwhile the father holding onto his daughter... people sure is fucked up these days.
