Aircon Gas Leak

https://marrythaigirlsingapore.blogspot.com/2023/03/aircon-replacement-complete.html Aircon installed on 08 Mar, just nice one month later starting to get less cold, on 19 Apr I called the guy who did the installation, told me to try set 18 degrees and if still not cold, call him and he will come check. I tried and seems to be cool but not as cold as just installed, didn't pursue further, I just keep it around 23-24 degrees, but now set lower and lower at 20 degrees and still not cold, aircon is kind of like just blowing cool air but not cold air, wife keep complaining hot. I thought it's dirty or what but a bit unbelievable since it's brand new, washed the filter, didn't help, called a cleaning company to come check today, the guy told me it's a gas leak, he said the aircon is not dirty, he asked me when was aircon installed, told him last month, he looked surprised, he told me to go back to the people who installed the aircon because if he do it for me he will hav...

Update on Courts Refund

https://marrythaigirlsingapore.blogspot.com/2023/03/regarding-courts-refund.html So I finally got my refund processed back into my credit card on 01 Apr, in total took almost one month. Thought I should share the series of events. 08 Mar - Called Courts @ 1800 222 6868 to ask for refund, told me if pay by credit they will refund to card in 10-14 days. 25 Mar - Waited more than 14 days no refund, went down to Courts store of purchase, staff said no record of refund, staff tried to process but said he can't initiate, took a photocopy of invoice and said will call me following Monday. Staff also mentioned that for refunds it has to be done in store. 29 Mar - No call from store. Called 1800 222 6868, told me they will check and get back same day or tomorrow and they confirmed that they did submit a refund to store on 08 Mar and if the store does not respond, they will reach out to the store manager. 30 Mar - Someone from the hotline called and told me I can go down to store to get the ...

The ROM website did a really good job of putting together the information that you need in a well-organized manner. I've done it once and I think the guide is very easy to follow. The only hiccup I've had with my marriage is during the  Appointment for verification & Statutory Declaration where both of us were required to read out a wall of text and my wife had difficulty getting past the first few lines and the counter guy got fed up and told my wife to stop.
