Aircon Gas Leak

https://marrythaigirlsingapore.blogspot.com/2023/03/aircon-replacement-complete.html

Aircon installed on 08 Mar, just nice one month later starting to get less cold, on 19 Apr I called the guy who did the installation, told me to try set 18 degrees and if still not cold, call him and he will come check. I tried and seems to be cool but not as cold as just installed, didn't pursue further, I just keep it around 23-24 degrees, but now set lower and lower at 20 degrees and still not cold, aircon is kind of like just blowing cool air but not cold air, wife keep complaining hot.

I thought it's dirty or what but a bit unbelievable since it's brand new, washed the filter, didn't help, called a cleaning company to come check today, the guy told me it's a gas leak, he said the aircon is not dirty, he asked me when was aircon installed, told him last month, he looked surprised, he told me to go back to the people who installed the aircon because if he do it for me he will have to charge me S$160+ (I think it's just for topping up gas, doesn't check and fix the leak, probably a separate cost). End up I paid him S$35 for inspection.

Tried to call the guy who did the installation but cannot get through, he's a Malaysian, probably went home for the weekend. So I called Courts, the customer service lady told me they will get back to me between 2-3 working days, they will ask the installer to come check. I asked if there will be any charge, she told me there is an aircon installation warranty, I asked her how long, she said 3 years.

I did a search online, didn't manage to find any info on the Courts aircon installation warranty, instead I found one from Gain City: https://www.gaincity.com/service-connections/repair-warranty-installation-warranty

I notice the one from Gain City have this clause, "The use of old/existing pipes prior to installation.", for my case Courts replaced the piping, kns all brand new still can gas leak, sian half.

Reminds me of my aircon in my parents house: https://marrythaigirlsingapore.blogspot.com/2013/06/this-gain-city-really-cannot-make-it.html

Update: Got the invoice indicating gas leak. By the way it's from dwaircon.com.
